Federica Genovesi

Federica Genovesi serves as the Legal Officer at the Nuhanovic Foundation, coordinating the Foundation’s litigation initiatives to advance justice for victims of international crimes. She holds a Master of Science in Law from the University of Turin and has specialized in International Criminal Law and Strategic Litigation. Throughout her career, Federica has been deeply involved in international criminal justice, and she continues to contribute as a Board Member of Strali, where she provides legal guidance on human rights and strategic litigation. At the Nuhanovic Foundation, she oversees the organization’s participation in investigations and trials, coordinating legal support for affected individuals, facilitating victim and witness services, and fostering partnerships with NGOs and public authorities to amplify NF’s impact. Committed to combatting impunity, Federica is dedicated to supporting evidence collection and advocating for the rights of victims of serious international crimes. Her work reflects a strong commitment to the principles of justice and international human rights.
