The Nuhanovic Foundation supported litigation by the Colombian Jose Alvear Restrepo Lawyers Collective, in support of victims of arbitrary detentions and unfair deprivation of liberty, in the region of Montes de Maria. The litigation was aimed at obtaining reparations for harm done to the victims. The Nuhanovic Foundation also supported the establishment of a legal clinic organized by the Lawyers Collective.
