Case Summary

For the last five years, The Nuhanovic Foundation has supported the investigations against a company for its complicity in violations of international humanitarian law in the West Bank.

The investigations were conducted by Israeli lawyers of the Israeli organisation Global Echo Litigation Center based in Tel Aviv, in cooperation with a Dutch lawyer. In 2022 the Israeli lawyers requested the Nuhanovic Foundation to provide funding for extra research by Dutch lawyers that was related to defining the legal position of whistleblowers within the company.

We cannot share more information about the case, due to the necessity of ensuring the confidentiality and safety of the applicants.
