The Litigation Tracker is a record of international crimes cases that the Nuhanovic Foundation follows closely, thanks to the support of our partner law firms and dedicated volunteers. These are not cases in which the Foundation provides legal representation or direct support. Instead, these cases are monitored to ensure that accurate information is documented and made accessible to the public.

This section is distinct from our Litigation Support work. Litigation Support covers cases in which the Foundation is directly involved, offering assistance to legal teams, victims, or other stakeholders. The Litigation Tracker, on the other hand, is an independent record of proceedings we believe are important for public awareness, accountability, and historical record, even when we are not participants in the case.

By tracking these cases, we aim to contribute to transparency in the prosecution of international crimes and to preserve a reliable record for researchers, advocates, and the general public.
