This is the most recent Annual Report of the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR).

Part I provides a comprehensive picture of the human rights situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territories in 2013. It gives a detailed overview of perceived human rights violations committed both by Israelis and Palestinians.

Part II documents all PCHR’s activities in 2013. Pages 111-134 present the activities by the PCHR Legal Aid Unit, most notably the claims brought before the Israeli Judiciary on behalf of Palestinian victims of human rights violations. The report emphasises the near impossibility for these victims of obtaining a judicial remedy due to Israeli legal provisions and decisions.
