DOCUMENTS
The OSCE’s War Crimes Processing Project was aimed at supporting the urgent needs of the justice sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina in achieving fair and effective processing of war crimes cases. It was partly implemented with a view to the impending release of certain Pre-Accession Assistance funds by the EU, intended to advance the processing of war crimes. This short document provides graphs showing numbers completed and pending cases as well as the size of the backlog in 2013. It also explains how the EU’s funds are intended to be spent.
