This was the last report of the TFV before the important Decision establishing the principles and procedures to be applied to reparations by the International Criminal Court in the case against Thomas Lubanga Dyilo (7 Aug 2012). The report reflects on the role the TFV is likely to have under any new reparations regime devised by the Court and summarizes the core submissions on reparations made by the TFV to the Court by way of guidance to the judges in preparing to formulate these important principles.
