In this report Judge Robinson urges (not for the first time) for the establishment of a Trust Fund for Victims (TVF) to serve the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, along the same lines as the TVF established by the International Criminal Court. (See p.21 paragraphs 88-90).
