DOCUMENTS
These Principles were the result of a global review, initiated by Unicef, of the 1997 Cape Town Principles. The document identifies protocols and strategies for the prevention of the recruitment of children, and for the release and reintegration of children back into society. It does not deal with the question of reparations. However section 7 on Release and Reintegration, beginning p 24, describes strategies and programs of the kind that could/should be funded by future reparations schemes.
