Viktoria Hurhina
Project Assistant
Viktoria Hurhina serves as a Project Assistant at the Nuhanovic Foundation, where she supports the project management, research, and coordination (logistics) activities. She is also actively involved in co-coordinating the Ukraine Legal Network and facilitating its related initiatives and activities. Her work focuses on advancing initiatives related to victims’ rights and international justice, with a particular emphasis on Ukraine. Viktoria holds a Bachelor’s of Laws in International and European Law from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in European Criminal Law and Justice at Utrecht University. Her academic background is rooted in international criminal law, migration law, and victimology. Prior to joining the NF, Viktoria gained experience across both public and private international law, primarily within the NGO sector. Her work has centred on legal and policy issues related to Ukraine, with a broader regional focus on Eastern Europe.
